At university and through education people with dyselxia are given arrangments to help them. such as extra time in exams. when it comes to a working enviroment should this also be the case?
This is heavily debated not just in marketing but in most industries. Knowing many people who are struggling to find work in their desired sector, I wanted to see others' views on this topic!

I think that it's a bonus if they do, but an entry-level position is ENTRY LEVEL. This should mean that no experience is expected and, in some ways, preferred as then, you can teach them your ways of working with a fresh mind. Let me know what you think!
